Hi there, my name is Elizabeth Moorhouse and I have been working in the Pet industry for almost a decade now. I managed a pet boarding/day care facility in Harford County for 3+ years then when I moved to Baltimore I started dog walking/pet sitting full time while also working at a doggie daycare for 2 years, and volunteering at the MDSPCA before deciding it was time to move on to dog training as I was already doing lots of training with my walking clients.
I got my CCDT title through CATCH Canine Trainers Academy, I am an American Kennel Club Instructor/Evaluator, certified in First Aid and CPR for pets through ProTraining, take continued education classes (Nutrition, behavior, etc.) through The Association of Professional Dog Trainers, and a proud member of the Pet Professional Guild (Since 2013).
I am comfortable with any type of dog or cat as I’ve had experience with many different breeds and temperaments (Including experience with animals in wheel chairs, wear diapers, deaf, suffer from separation anxiety, and barrier frustration) in many different environments.
On top of my professional experience working with animals, I am also the lucky owner of rescued Border Collies, named Zelda and Link, and I also foster cats.
