Hi there, my name is Elizabeth Moorhouse and I have been working with dogs since I was 10 years old, when I was trained to show dogs. Professionally, I have been in the Pet industry for over a decade now. I managed a pet boarding/day care facility for 3+ years before moving to Baltimore and starting my own Pet Care Business. Soon after starting I realized I was helping my walking clients more and more with training so it only seemed natural to become a Certified Dog Trainer and begin my training journey.
I am CCDT certified through CATCH Canine Trainers Academy, an American Kennel Club Instructor/Evaluator, certified in First Aid and CPR for pets through ProTraining, and a proud member of both The Association of Professional Dog Trainers and The Pet Professional Guild.
I am comfortable with any type of dog or cat as I’ve had experience with many different breeds and temperaments (Including experience with animals in wheel chairs, wear diapers, deaf, suffer from separation anxiety, and barrier frustration) in many different environments.
On top of my professional experience working with animals, I also run Charity events and Adoption Days at Howl in Hampden. Most importantly, I am the lucky owner of two rescued Border Collies, (Zelda and Link).
